form ab es geht nicht darum dass wir älteren menschen etwas nicht können sondern wir sagen auch klar und deutlich wer im alter wenig geld hat der kann jetzt auch etwas mehr bekommen aber es geht darum das ist wirklich die bedürftigen bekommen und nicht einfach so das geld mit der gießkanne verteilt wird deswegen hätten wir uns eine stärkere bedarfsprüfung gewünscht warum gibt es jetzt diese bedürftigkeitsprüfung ihrer meinung nach nicht hat die vorsitzenden sich dazu geäußert ich persönlich habe dafür geworben dass diese prüfung bei dem grundsicherungsamt an stattfinden kann das ist ja auch die möglichkeit dort eine prüfung durchzuführen wie sie heute schon durchgeführt wird jetzt wird ein komplett neues verfahren geschaffen bei der rentenversicherung eine doppelstruktur geschaffen deswegen gibt es mehr bürokratie und das halten wir für falsch christian lindner der fdp-vorsitzende aber auch herr von stetten hat nun gesagt die cdu spitze ist über den tisch gezogen worden die cdu spitze hat hart verhandelt und wer hart verhandelt muss auch zugeständnisse machen von daher ist würde ich nicht davon sprechen dass man sich über den tisch gezogen fühlt sondern es geht insbesondere darum dass wir inhaltlich der festen überzeugung sind dass die grundrente wie sie jetzt kommt sehr teuer wird für die junge generation und wir als junge union haben den auftrag für unsere generation auch zu kämpfen das werde ich auch in zukunft tun das thema ist immer dasselbe die spd hat in interviews vorher klargemacht dass es ganz wichtig für die halbzeitbilanz sonst wird es mit der groko nix mehr also da ist auch erpressungspotenzial oder man macht dinge nicht dadurch besser indem man zusätzliche hinzufügt und nur weil die eine sache falsch ist bleibt sie auch falsch und deswegen war für mich auch klar auch wenn jetzt beispielsweise der zukunftsfonds mit 10 milliarden euro wo wir in zukünftige technologische innovation investieren was ich absolut für richtig halte dass wir dieses zwar loben aber das für uns auch klar ist dass wir deswegen die grundrente nicht besser machen und deswegen habe ich den kompromiss abgelehnt das junge land junge leute bei der rente gewisse kritische anmerkungen machen das ist verständlich das sagen auch die gegner dass sie das verstehen aber wurde denn was gesagt zur finanzierung denn das muss ja ihre generation dann aufbringen es wurde gesagt dass es ein kleiner teil ist aber auch viele kleine bausteine erhöhen am ende den steuerzuschuss zur rente wir haben heute schon 100 milliarden euro vom gesamthaushalt der 360 milliarden also fast ein drittel des bundeshaushalts geht als steuerzuschuss in die rente zusätzlich zum umlagefinanzierten systemen und wer so viel geld ins rentensystem steckt wer so viel geld für sozialleistungen aus gibt der muss sich die frage stellen wenn man auf der anderen seite in den etats von bildung und forschung kürzt ob wir die richtigen schwerpunkte für die zukunft setzen nun hatte ich schon in der vergangenen woche angenommen dass so ein ähnlicher kompromiss zustande kommt man kennt ja die groko und in der tat ist es ja dann so gekommen also könnte man positiv sagen immerhin ist die große koalition in zukunft gesichert das müssen sie den spd-parteitag fragen in der cdu werden wir dafür streiten dass auch in zukunft die richtigen themen gesetzt werden und dass wir zukunft innovation fördern das muss unser anspruch sein als union wird es also ein heißer parteitag bei der cdu denn wenn sie diesen kompromiss kritisieren kritisieren sie natürlich auch ziemlich direkt die vorsitzende der junge union ist die frage von rentenpolitik und zusätzlichen rentenleistung stets eine sachfrage gewesen und wir haben uns immer dagegen ausgesprochen dass wir zusätzliche rentenleistungen haben können weil wir es eben finanzierbar halten müssen dieses rentensystem ich habe eben die zahlen genannt von 100 milliarden euro steuerzuschuss bei einem gesamthaushalt von 360 milliarden dann müssen wir uns auch die frage stellen wie sollen wir das in zukunft schultern als junge die weniger sind und die babyboomer die zukünftig in rente gehen deswegen ist das eine reine sachfrage und darauf werden wir uns auch beschränken die vorsätze hat ja selber gesagt noch vor zwei tagen die hinterbliebenenrente da gibt es auch eine bedürftigkeitsprüfung hat sie da heute noch mal zu stellung genommen warum das jetzt kein argument mehr sein kann das thema hinterbliebenenrente ist ein thema was natürlich auch in unserer argumentation steht es da gewesen es gibt aber auch andere rentenleistungen wo es beispielsweise nur eine einkommensprüfung gibt von daher das war jetzt heute kein thema morgen beschäftigt sich die fraktion damit wie schätzen sie die stärken verhältnisse ein ist dieser komponenten durch bei der cdu/csu wir werben dafür gerade bei den jüngeren abgeordneten dass sie diese generation ungerechtigkeit nicht mitmachen wie weit das trägt wird morgen die fraktionssitzung
